The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bruce Rowe can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Elsie G. Scruggs
Condolence: When I saw the name "Rowe", I reacted by realizing that I once knew a Bill Rowe, who was a very valued and talented Tenor in the Sacred Heart Church Adult Choir, in Massena, of which I was Director and Organist. As I read the Obituary of Bruce Rowe, I saw in him a man of great talent and goodness, traits which I know his parents, Bill and Ruth would be very proud. I extend my sincere condolences to the Rowe Family.
